90 Day Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes we make decisions that we change our mind on. We want to make finding the right outdoor living item for your area as easy as possible. That’s why we’ve extended our satisfaction guarantee, giving you a whole 90 days to make sure you’ve bought the right product for your own outdoor space. If you’re not happy within this time, there will be no hard feelings, just let us know using our easy returns process and we will either help you find a more suitable match or provide a refund.
 
We will refund (less shipping and handling fee) on UNOPENED and NEW (no sign of damage, scratches, torn etc) goods if returned to us within 90 days of the original shipping date to you.
 

Returns Process

Please contact us at support@exclusiveoutdoorliving.flywheelsites.com for a return authorization number, instructions for sending the item back, and an address for the return. A return authorization number is required to return a product and clearly displayed on box labels (not boxes). Please note items will not be accepted without one and will be refused delivery at customer’s expense.
